It was originally a shounen but they have made a mature version for the second season “triple crown “ but the first and third seasons are still shounen or at least the first one (as they are minors) you can also read the mature version (yaoi) in the “author’s other work” at the top! (Personally I like the shounen better because some people who are new to the series don’t even read the first season and skip to “triple crown” because there isn’t any sexual scenes in the first season but it still is a work of art either way!!!)
