i mean. i really dont wanna see him join with the psykers. like....they have a sense of justice sure but i feel like its pretty warped and corrupted. like that red head hates ALL villains, and doesnt consider that some of them were probably just people who were just born with the power. since it inevitably brings out ur greatest desire its not like u can control it that well. personally i hope our mc takes down the villains and reforms the psykers or something.....or if the psykers mistreat him just become the greatest villain who takes down both sides.
I have a theory that he'll see the MC as a villain but maybe later once he sees he has good intentions even with this power, something might change in him? Like maybe he'll see things differently like you said. Or he'll just attack him when he sees him on sight lmao idk
yeah i mean hes probably gonna hate the mc and just realize that the mc is using their powers for good later on in the story....but i refuse to have to read like 50 chapters+ of this red head mistreating our mc and being like "all people who are villains are bad" and just getting a sloppy character development arc. if he attacks him on sight whatever just smack him into the ground

Obviously Violet is ML. Basically Evie goes through a bunch of shit cuz of the emperor's plots or whatever, but in the end she wins the campaign and marries Violet. As for Selena, she finally realizes and admits that her dream of becoming Crown Princess isn't really her dream, but something that's forced upon her by her parents and the nobles. She becomes Evie's teacher instead. After Evie and Violet get married, they have a child who's a powerful wizard or something.
i dont think the marquess committing suicide is a good way for him to atone for his sins. if he truly realized what he had done he wouldve groveled and at least lived out the last few years of his life serving linden instead of taking the easy way out. i know his sister was suffering a lot but that doesnt excuse killing the parent and sister of a mere child. as for linden's rage, i think he needs to realize that he doesnt need to forgive someone just for apologizing. after getting those people who hurt him to grovel or at least apologize he should just keep hating them but change his way of remembering what he lost from revenge to simply mourning them.
