Ok.....so this is going to be a little complicated and I will try my best to simplify it

Dream entertainment is going to make a huge drama which is going to be a huge blockbuster hit .....chairman Kim wants the right to make this drama himself so to gain most of the profit hence he is trying to gain the rights to the dream project ( the drama is called the dream project by the investors ) ........chairman Kim was so confident in himself he actually is ready with the set up and the only thing is required is the rights to the project.....he has used most of his wealth for the investment in dream project.......to gain the rights he is trying to take over the dream company now for that he starts a executive meeting where he tries to overtake the company and the president....that is when Jay tells him that Jay has bought the right to a song that is to be used in the drama . chairman Kim says that they can easily change the song to something else but the reality is the song can't be changed ( this is a contract between the company and script writer ) and the song plays a very essential role in the drama as the whole drama revolves around it and Jay refuses to give the rights over to chairman Kim and to add the cherry on top he tells ~The one with the most shares in Dream is not a person but actually a whole company and that company is lead by the HAN family and in the starting we got to know Jay's real name is Han Jay so actually the owner of the dream entertainment is Jay .......now the meeting comes to an end the president was always on Jay's side so he left smiling and Jay won....chairman Kim is in rage as all his money is now going down into rags ....before leaving, Jay warns Kim to stay aware of his environment as Kim is a heart patient with a stent ( a metallic machine which helps the arties to pump blood into heart ) in his heart and it can be stopped simply by a little current



Now after his terrible loss chairman Kim goes to his house and to cool himself down he throws r*pe parties every day continuously for three days on the third day suddenly police came and the party comes to a hault and a woman( a mother of one of Kim's victims ) runs up to chairman Kim and electrocutes him which leads to his heart failure and he eventually dies [ Jay's warning was a hint ]



Now about myungshin after Kim's death myungshin is a lost cause and a sex tape of him is released which led to his downfall and he is eventually forgotten and we get other two volumes

There may be a little confusion. There is Dream Entertainment, which contracts with actors, and then there's spinoff company which is Jay's pet project called (I think) Dream Project. Dream Project owns the rights to the drama everyone is after. As of now, Jay has shares in both.

From what I remember dream project is what they call the drama because of Jay already had the rights to both then Kim needed to overtake Jay and was no need to overtake dream ent BUT you can be correct because I read it long time back and that too from a okay okay translation ( I am grateful for the translation though(๑˙❥˙๑)

Yeah, Jay's spinoff company is called Dream Project (a subsidiary of Dream Ent, so they would be using actors from there), but it was so closely tied to the drama they fought for the rights for, that sometimes the drama was referred to as "the dream project". I've been trying to remember the actual name of the drama, but it's also been a long time since I read it, and I can't remember. The translation I read disappeared

No. Soon this season will end, and he ends up wanting to protect him instead of killing him. No idea what the second season has in store but it seems to be pretty interesting.
