Red helmet forget his name power is fire because he admire someone thus his wish to be like that guy. His sister power is future vision coming from her worries and insecurities so she can warn other to avoid her insecurities from happening. Rosetale power come from her trauma and her awakening come from overcoming her trauma. The mc host is probably a kid who afraid to be alone in the dark and with his sister leaving him he became the shadow so he can be save even when alone in the dark. I don't know if this intentional or I'm just overeading things but it's interesting to think about
