As far as I can tell there is more ongoing chapters under the title 'Motto Ganbare! Nakamura-kun!!'. I can't find anything in regards to it when I search in english but on Opera magazine's twitter (where this was originally serialized) there is an advertisement for this month's issue with a new installment of the title 'Motto Ganbare!' vs just 'Ganbare! Nakamura-kun'. This is me connecting dots with little ability to read Japanese so grain of salt & all that but as far as I can tell it appears to be a sequel that just began in the last issue, issue 63!!!! The magazine's twitter handle is @OPERA_edt if anyone feels like looking/confirming~
