I read it a while ago but forgot the name. Its a yaoi manhwa in a historical/omegaverse (?) setting. The Bott was hired to kill the top. Then he suddenly he was in heat. Then they kinda live together, he got pregnant. They live in a cottage (?) but I remember this one scene where the top's friend came and the Bott kinda feel left out so he went out then the top found him under a tree. It's so cute
