With the housing prices as they are, I doubt a million will be enough to buy a house. But that's what other countries are for.
1. Buy a house for me and my husband in portugal 'cause that's where my brother lives with his wife. Cute little rural village surrounded by olive trees and wine fields.
2. Live off whatever is leftover.
