Can someone please explain the last story? I’m confused
it was a extra past story about Mika (Asa-chan ex), Eri, Michiru when they were in highschool... so basically Mika is actually inlove with Michiru which is Eri's older twin brother and they got into a really bad fight with some guys and resulted with Michiru's death,,, both Mika and Eri are devastated but Mika never did moved on so he got really worse as time goes by.. but after he fought with mi-chan and asa-chan he realized something and finally decided to change and move on . . His dream about Michiru shows that he finally letting go of him and decided to be with Eri... and Eri is inlove with Mika since they were in highschool so he waited like 10 years for Mika╥﹏╥ ahh im so glad they ended up together and got married <3
Can someone explain to me the ending of the first story i got lost
So, this is just My thoughts on the ending of the 1st story. I don't know if hte mangaka intended this or not.
[SPOILER ALERT]
There's a part of inner monologue of Thanatos near the end, that mentions that shinigamis don't know what happens to the shinigami when they disappear. I think the shinigami actually DO disappear and there is no afterlife for them because NO ONE remembers them when they disappear. BUT, Thanatos's case is a little different, as he always watched over Asahi & protected him (just like a guardian angel would do, rather than a shinigami). That's why when he sacrificed his own soul in exchange for Asahi(when Asahi was dying) at the end, God(Their ?boss i guess??) gave him a gift to be with his loved one as a real guardian angel. I think God also took away his memories so that he could have a fresh start with Asahi. I also think, it's partly because Asahi did NOT forget him like others did, that he remained as a guardian angel.
Wow I’ve been with this since the beginning and i didn’t think it would hurt so much to see it end. I’m so happy for both my babies and their growth. It’s so crazy that this started 2 years ago kind of crazy. I love my two babies so much
