big fan of how awful their relationship is. i love reading about people being miserable. i’m not here for any satisfying outcome, this is exactly my cup of tea. BUT:
that being said, if you’re not like me, gentle reminder that you don’t HAVE to keep reading this if you’re not enjoying it. the author has set a precedent, and it will continue until the very end. if you’re sincerely frustrated by the story so far, we’ve come long enough to know that the best thing for you to do is drop it and move on. go read something you actually enjoy, shoo shoo
edit, @ the guy trying to argue without allowing user replies: i just don’t see the point of reading along for 80+ chapters if you’re genuinely not enjoying it. i was offering no more than a reminder to those who might need it, there’s nothing confrontational about what i said. you need to calm down lol, it is most genuinely not that serious
“he was such an asshole” yes that’s the point. the whole point is that he was a scumbag who learned about moral consequences first-hand. sometimes it takes these situations to teach bigoted people that certain oppressed groups are people, no one lives as a one-note stagnant character all their lives. quick snap-to-reality lessons like these happen irl, i’ve seen it plenty
