The fl is clearly manipulating the ml's feelings knowingly. She knows that he has not fully matured and will become emotionally dependant on her yet she's toying with his heart. The fact that she becomes hot and cold to make him dependant on her is an absolute no. FL should not be excused for this behaviour, if she way a guy and did this..
