I was the same, but even before they started dating... I always questioned... ok Rugal is surely a top... James surely is one to... but Rugal wants James... so James need to be the bottom... so if James and Samuel get together... two bottoms? :D
And as I read the end i was like: ok, I will never find the solution on this, but then there were the extra chapters! phew :D
