No side stories or any of that? The ending was definitely cute but it's a bit rushed and a cliff hanger for me. I guess I really need to keep up with the novel now that this is done.
I don't like planning surprises or giving surprise gifts because it's difficult to gauge if the person I'm doing it for will like it or not. Putting all that effort only to find out their opinion is the latter scares me to hell.

Taking the time to let the friendship and love between mc and love interest bloom. They took their time and things weren't rushed. The progression of their relationship felt natural. Also, I love it everytime the love interest turns into a seal. He's such a silly goober.
I feel bad for the mc. All he wanted to do is earn some extra cash and then everything went from 0 to 50 to 100. I'm curious how the love interest will convince him to be the manager considering what he did. Then again, the mc is quite partial to him due to their history and his old perception of him so it might not take much.
Maybe guilt tripping him with whatever happened in the past with the brother. Like "If you stay with me, I would not take drugs again."
Where the author has a main character with a set of cute teefs like the love interest in fukutsu no zono. So adorable it triggers my cute aggression.
Are we calling all types of bulky bodies overweight now? But knowing how diet culture is almost like a cult in South Korea, I get it. Anyway, the love interest is so darn cute, makes me wanna peg him.
