I would like to help the person translating this but I would like to know how. Like by cleaning does she mean cleaning up grammar and errors ?

I'm pretty sure she meant grammatical errors (like you said). There were many. I can totally understand that being an issue when you're translating and putting out the chapter asap on top of being busy lol

Cleaning in scanlation refers to removing the original text and redrawing when needed. Proofreading is checking for grammatical mistakes and typos.
