are you dumb? the majority of mangas on this site are yaoi, and people tag things "not yaoi" so that if they click on the tag, they can have an easy and convenient list of mangas that aren't yaoi(that they have read). it's literally for their own convenience. if someone who reads mostly yuri reads a yaoi and tags it "not yuri" for their own conveni......
