Yes, but better wait until it's completed, due to the authors health issues it was on hiatus for years before and the updates are not regular
the updates are regular, she needs more time so she publishes in a quarterly magazine. aka every 3 months. with this she doesnt overexert herself and be forced to go on hiatus again. so it sucks, but at least we've had a constant flow of chapters now.
