i think this is a realistic depiction of an abusive relationship it’s so hard to leave especially when the person was good before they started being toxic. you stay thinking there gonna get better eventually but they never do and your just blinded by your own hopes. she also has no support system so she feels like this asswipe is all she has left making it even harder to leave. i hope by the end she learns her self worth even if she gets with the black haired guy
