At least, that's what has happened at the time Noah had gone to find him. He doesn't sleep around, at least, we can see he had been celibate during the 6 months of friendship w/ Noah until they became FWB which was another couple of months. The school year is at least 9 months so he wasn't with anyone else during that time. But his sexual history has not been revealed yet. Everything is just an assumption based on other works.
