Not spoiler, but my theory is that even if he gets his memory back, his affection for her will linger and maybe eventually he'll accept that he likes her too in his own twisted way.
Adding to the comment above theoretically^^ - by the time he regains his memory, I presume that she will also genuinely fall for him or develop some sort of feelings, which will balance the situation out.
