I’m horrid at giving synopses, but here I go:

This story is about two young men who were friends since childhood. The MC has always felt inferior to his male friend (ML), because he has always been very popular, though ML is very reserved and only interact with MC and the third of the friendship group—a girl. This girl is MC’s crush and he thought ML and her had something going on. Therefore, he’s always trying to win her over. However, since this is a freinds-to-lover trope, that’s not true at all, ML is in love with him. The ML loves to tease MC and always gets him to engage in childish little games and whoever wins gets to go out and complete an activity with the girl-friend of the friendship trio. One day the ML played this game and the win would get to ask/do anything he desired. MC wanted to hang out with the girl-friend, but ML simply wanted to kiss him. Anyways, they started kissing, things got all muddled and they ended up dating. Yadi-Yada.

What I remember:

There’s a love rival that looks like a girl who is interested in MC, but they all (the trio and this new addition) became good friends. He was at ML’s 19th birthday, when he became legal to start drinking. At that little in-house dinner party, they all drank, but not MC bc he was still underage at that point.

They went to the beach for their summer vacation and I think the horizontal dance happened between MC and the ML.

The ML has a strained relationship with his dad. After graduation, his dad wanted him to come work for him. ML visited for a week, but did take the job.

MC works for his parents’ business.

They loved together after graduation, and one day they babysat MC’s niece and she told MC’s brother that she saw them sleeping on the same bed.

That’s the extend of what I can remember at the moment that might differentiate my synopsis from any other regular friends-to lovers story.
