At least they're waiting, but I do not believe in prepubescent children having the ability to really fall in love. I was one a few years ago, and trust me on this, most of kids cannot and do not fall in REAL love. Heck, most adults never fall in love. As long as they do not have sex till he he is legal (17 seems a good age), I am fine for a relationship of this age difference. I still find it uncomfortable, though.

(I know sex is just sex or an urge to some.)If you fall in love it doesn't matter if that person is 10 years your senior nor the gender, that's why falling in love is a mysterious thing because sometimes you just don't get why you're even in love with that person. I think you are mistaken about something... The Japnese school system is different from US's. So when the character is graduating middle school hes actually 14-15 years old ^^ Elementary school goes until 6th grade in japan. The thing is, Take is just too mature for his age. I don't think Kento fell in love with him because of his age or anything. From what I am seeing, the relationship they have is more than physical attraction. There is sexual attraction, but their love did not arise from that in the beginning. I am fine with it since they are trying to hold off from doing anything until Take is of age.

To be fair, they didn't date when Take was 12. They didn't kiss (with Kento kissing back) until Take was 13 or 14, and they didn't have sex until he was 15. I am really bothered by statutory rape that occurs too often in yaoi, but I personally felt this was well done. Kento is really aware of the fact that Take is young and practices self restraint because of it. As a mother to a little boy, I get ragey with a lot of yaoi's underage/statutory rape storylines, but I feel like if I were Take's mother, I would support how Kento approached it. But maybe I am wrong. I don't know. During the waiting period, they spent so much time apart, not seeing each other for moths at a time. Even if they kissed a couple times, the time in between was crucial, because it showed that their feelings were genuine, and they were not just drowning in the heat of the moment. I get why it is upsetting to some, but I just wanted to point those things out in case it helps. I really think Yamomoto-sensei made a considerable effort to be sensitive to the subject.
I'm sorry, but I cannot, for the life of me, think it's appropriate for a 25 year old to date a 13 year old. Just because they got married when she turned 18 doesn't make it okay. I really hope things do work out for them, and that their love is genuine, but the 25 year old should have waited. Statutory rape is against the law in most places for a reason. That said, I do hope that now that your friend is an adult, her love with her husband has reached a healthy place and that they are so happy.

I have seen my share of child predators, unfortunately, when I volunteered as a victim advocate, so there are many cases where children need to be protected from older predators. I am so happy that isn't the case with your friend. I know plenty of happy married couples with an age difference that large or even greater, and I hope your friend and her husband are happy together like that for life.

Plus just saying whats the age difference between your parents coz. If your parents are 50 and 58 or have a ten year age gap or more it would sound disgusting if you put in a younger age.

I really want to read this, but I just cannot stand for the horrible art, long blank space in between the scenes, and the lack of background. It feels....immature, and....it is different from the type of manga I read and enjoy. I've read manhuas before, Totally captivated is my favorite yaoi book, but so many of the new manhuas are just so ugly and a turn off.

I can deal with the art, I just cannot deal with the long blank spaces and lack of background. It feels as if everything is happening out of space and it is just the character in their own little world. i cannot relate.
The art isn't really what bothers me the most, I've read stories with horrible art before (and the art of this artist is a masterpiece in comparison), but the long blank spaces and lack of background bothers me. I could not get pass the first chapter due to that very fact.
