Man wtf is even going on here like I thought the parents had a arranged marriage and ruby was born out of duty that's why there's no love between the duke n duchess and towards ruby(other than the fact that he's mutant) but they married out of love? And fell apart cz someone told her he's having an affair? Like did she not even confront him about it like if it was a arranged marriage her not caring would be one thing but you are telling me she didn't even confront the her man about his supposed affair?
The plot is not making sense it's like the author just wanted some sympathy for ruby's parents and making up sone plot
