I honestly despise omegaverse, it encapsulates everything that I hate about yaoi. I used to try to find some good ones, but I just gave up after a while and now I avoid them like the plague. From the shitty rape plots to the destined parters I can’t stand any of it. No hate to anyone who does y’all can like what you want.

I came out of my yaoi phase or fujoshi for the past year or so[maybe cuz I had senior high & I was busy ] And yaoi seems a bit like - oh my god a seme and uke so fuck' then same plot .
the part of destined partners seems so stupid cuz it doesn't reflect in real life, u have to compromise with ur partner.
i just tired of it,I occasionally read it cuz I have been following some, but they don't really interest me anymore.

i personally don't care whether it's an omegaverse, supernatural, animal ears, scifi or whatever. as long as the story's good, i read it. if any of them even turns out annoying, i just drop it. some stories take a completely different spin on certain predictable plots and that's my fav. i like it when they're not the same old cliche story.

I got you. I used to be like that too, but I got to read to many shit omegaverse mangas that now I just drop it. Normally now I'm reading omegaverse just when is someones else recomendation.

If there's mpreg I'm out right the moment I see it.
If not, I still try to put up with it in hope there will be one interesting.
