i have PCOS and it causes a lot of discoloration everywhere and also hair growth increase. i recently got my eyebrows threaded and the skin around my eyebrows r lighter than the rest of my face and it pisses me off so much. this makes my entire face look really discolored and even without the lighter part of the eyebrows i’m still really discolor......
