Any recs for mangas that bring light to sensitive subjects without romanticizing it? like struggling with mental disorders, poverty, shellshock - PTSD, trauma bonding, codependency , healing your inner child and past childhood trauma, internal conflicts with oneself and interpersonal relationships.
I would love if it takes a realistic approach as well.
