This story is really well made. You can't say there is one villain or culprit for things. The husband is a young man, inexperienced having to be a lord young and without support of family. She is young too, having to be a mother, be away from her family and her husband being always busy.
They're not the best parents, but I can relate to them as "humans". Anyway, really like this story. (⌒▽⌒)

Then all readers should hate Claude of "wmmap" too. He did all that horrible things to his own daughter. I think the who are very similar in that aspect... anyways, just saying...... :)
(Ik about Claude's curse)

Previous Claude did not raped her, humiliated her at every opportunity, caused her miscarriage. He was not physically abusive and did not kill her family. Even by the crimes commited they are not the same at all. And going deeper into the reasons why the first timeline happened they are even further appart. Clause was literally cursed to hate Athy and follow the wishes of Jenette. It's cannon that the reason the execution happened was because Jeanette used her brainwashing magic on him. Ruve, on the contrary, solely hated her because of his own atrocious character. And it did not change in the second timeline. After sending her into a catatonic state he was still going to scream at her when she was going to wake up. For no reason at all but is own prejudice since all she did wa just preparing food that he would appreciate... He was 16 years old and her 11 by the way... Even for the current chapter, refusing to take her as a concubine was not for her sake but for his. Because, just like the Emperor, he saw clearly how much ji-eun hated him. She could not hide it. Every single on of Second Ruve actions are self-helping when Second Clause literally decided to die for her. It's only by luck that he was only sent into a coma.
And all of this is not even taking into account the fact that Athy could start a relationship with him because as far as she is concerned she is not the "real Athy" and did not go throught that while Tia was mentaly and physicaly destroyed by him... to force her into a new character that would suit his taste more.

Let's just compare the two, since you seem to have a rather selective memory:
The prince:
-Neglects Aristia
-Rapes her
-Partly responsible for her misarrange
-Abuses her physically and mentally
-Treated her as though she were an animal of inconsequential worth
-Sentences her to death
Claude:
-Neglects Athy
-Sentences her to death
I personally hate them both. Claude is an emotional-wreck of a tyrant and the prince is a deluded spineless fool.

Since you don't seem to know how to read properly, let me point this:
-Did I defend Ruve?
Just said people love Claude while hating Ruve.
-Your comparation is awful tho.
Because Atty wasn't raped she suffered less?
She was abused as much as Tia, but she died barely as a teenager..
Anyway, that's my point. Bye

It's not really a question of who made the victim suffer more but just how far they have gone and why. Ruve was clearly a monster to her regardless of the drug. All of his actions were founded on his own bad character and prejudice. And the second timeline did not change that since is past is the same and he was clearly on his way to do it gaian. We have countless reasons to point out why he is not different that First Ruve after all and that he would not have respected Tia if she had not changed.
Claude did make an enormous mistake, and readers can perfectly decide to not forget him for that and that he is not redeemable either. It all started because of a curse he putted on himself after all. But when the magic dissipated not only Athy did not have to cater to him to make him take care of her, he proved by deciding to sacrifice himself to save her that he do care about her and would have cared if the spells had not been involved. And their new relationship is easier to shallow because he is not a love interest.

Well, let me ask this: Why did you bring up Claude? Wasn't it to illustrate how alike the two were? How he was just as much deserving of the hate as Ruve?
So I merely listed out each of their crimes.
To your question of who suffered more or less:
Is rape, physical/ emotional abuse, miscarriage, being treated less than human equivalent to neglect? Both have suffered, that's true. However, only one walked away with PTSD. What our Fls had to suffer through, I would wish on no one. But if I was given the choice to pick between the two evils, I'd rather just have a childhood where I was neglected.
Also, in the previous timeline, Art's father also neglected Art. He was barely there in her life and she believed she wasn't loved.
So I believe, comparing her father and Claude would be more apt.
Btw, I don't care for either Cluade or Ruve. But this comparison was not it.
I think it's stupid to search for the guilty one, since the whole situation it's not that simple.
We hated the mom before knowing her situation, so I think we should read more and wait before judging.
Is one of those cases when "the situations are at fault"
