i suddenly remembered reading this yaoi and want to re read it but i honestly forgot the title. All i can remember is that in the first chapter the main guy was an actor or some sort of celebrity? a really good looking one. anyways a leaked video of his was posted on the internet where he was sleeping with a CEO and people started to hate on him. then, he’s going somewhere and a person throws acid or something on him and his face is ruined and basically his life is over and he’s transported back in time, i forgot how many years exactly, but it turns out that the video he recorded was because he was ordered to do so from a man he liked and he was basically forced to have sex with the CEO while the CEO was drunk because the guy he liked wanted to ruin the CEO’s life, and so he cuts ties with the guy who started it all. he became nicer especially to his assistant and i’m pretty sure the CEO ended up liking him? i think this story got completed but im not sure i honestly forgot the name and id like to re read it lol.

honestly this story was SO relatable to me on both mahito and shuu’s side. that scene with all the girls with shuu?? relatable especially when you’re wanting actual love and not superficial love, so many people are obsessed with their partner being “the best.” it’s so hard trying to find someone when all they look at is the outside and don’t care to get to know you. i’ve had to reject and ignore so many guys that don’t bother to get to know me and my interests and just like me for my appearance. mahiro though, the insecurities and suddenly improving your self image because of bullying was the exact same thing that happened to me, hit super close to home. the sudden glow up and having people finally show interest in you makes you want any type of love, so i understood why he kept trying to push shuu away because honestly? same

man am i glad i don’t have to shed anymore tears on this story anymore, things finally seem to be going good (づ￣ ³￣)づ

I was reading this when it was still in season 1 uploaded and towards the end of season 2 I just knew I had to not read it weekly and just let it marinate because it felt like it was going to be sad. I’m so glad I did because jesus I just finished reading chapter 59 and god I was crying. The orb finally being finished after his death? yea that killed me. Now they have the whole issue of him getting hurt and he finally got the orb, BUT NOW HE DOESNT EVEN REMEMBER HIS PUPPY BOY. It’s actually torture what they’ve been putting us through, my tears wouldn’t stop, I just need them to be happy. I’m actually praying that I won’t be crying from the future chapters. I’m genuinely scared to keep on reading I hope that the next three chapters are better. I just want them to be happy pls they were so cute in the past.
