It works but it has a set timing. I am assuming it happens for me at 12.30 GMT and another one between 21.00-3.30 GMT.
So yeah you might have seen some manga you are reading as updated but you will get a notification at the set time only... Also some countries have only once-a-day notifications
I just hope they don't take down mangago !
