The story is okay but there’s this feeling of unsatisfaction. I don’t know why I feel that way but yeah, a good read. He’d definitely would’ve gone to jail if he pursued such a relationship. But I wish there was more to the ending because it just felt like the love was one-sided and was entirely decided by the seme’s narrative. I mean there are moments wherein we see the older uke’s perspective. But like… it’s just, I don’t know. It’s just weird for me after all that denial they’ll just end up together. With no sense of desperation from the older uke. Also, they coincidentally meet in a bar, lol. The story probably would’ve been perfect if they actually did end up with different partners. It would have fit the bittersweet theme that the author was going for. Instead they went a cliche route where they ended up together because, why not, lol. I don’t know, i’m not making any sense, but em probably just disappointed that after all that vehement denial from the uke, their reunion seems lukewarm and forced in my opinion.
