Which is actually why Dowon is with Jiha right now in the first place. When Dowon caught her it is also why Ye-un said Dowon is in no position to call her the bad guy. Ye-un knows what she did is wrong which is also why this will most likely be the last scene we see her doing a play with Jiha or Dowon for that matter.

The most problematic thing about their relationship is their age difference. When Jiha and Ye-un first started dating he was 13 and she was 22. I think people that say Jiha was the asshole in the relationship aren't taking into consideration their age differences.

I am guessing Jiha must be gifted and skipped grades. In the 1st episode it is revealed his age is 23, and Ye-un is 32. In episode 37 it flashes back to 6 years ago so Jiha is 17 and Ye-un is 26. In episode 38 Ye-un tells Jiha "I told you he was just a friend all 4 years we 've dated." So this means when they started dating Jiha was 13 and Ye-un was 22.
I am not sure but Google says age of consent in South Korea was 13 and has just recently been updated to 16. So at the time it would have been legal for them to be in a relationship.
