He starts getting his shit together in chapter 55 and by chapter 56 he and Garam have a peaceful but sad conversation about a call Garam got. By chapter 57 Jaehyuk actually helps Garam with something very important and does it with zero ulterior motives, at least from what I could read. Garam then even noticed that him and Jaehyuk finally had a normal conversation.
Who would've thought, Jaehyuk just needed to be himself without the raging homophobia.
