If you want actual spoilers I can give you the abridged version:
MC and ML were friends in high school. They both liked each other but MC was too chicken to accept his feelings so when ML confessed to him, he got all his buddies to start sexually abusing ML until one day they got caught and he sent footage of the rape to ML’s mother causing her to have a mental breakdown and require institutionalization. MC subsequently forgot about all of this because he hit his head and got amnesia, erasing the year they spent together from his memory. ML trained with a gangster for 8 years to get revenge and is now enacting what MC did to him but cranked up a notch.

I loved everything from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend. I liked everyone in this story.
