this manga has a lot of potential at the beginning and i really enjoyed reading it as it really good. i love the progress, i love our main (even tho there's just way too much fan service, the plot saved it so i wasn't that annoyed) but tbh things started to fall apart on aikawa's death. yup.
i think the build up before that was hella good and the pacing was just right, but then... he died. it was so sudden to the point i felt like the author was rushing it? it's like cutting off the favorite part on a song. i feel like all of a sudden his ideals and his efforts became meaningless in a snap of a finger and it made me wonder--was the purpose of his arc just to make a minor turbulence before the siblings met? so that it wont become bland when they reunited?? i think it's a waste killing him like that and ending his arc so abruptly.
but still, i was curious and still had high hopes for that, like whether rika would really pursue aikawa's ideals or not. but as the story goes on, a big question mark just popped out every chapter. i mean, it's still good but it doesn't have the same pacing and excitement? as the first half of the manga.
and god, don't even get me started on the ending... it was truly, a mess. i have nothing against an open ending but damn, there were many things left unanswered. it's like an unfinished puzzle, bruh...
i still love the characters though... and i do have hopes that everything will be answered on tenkuu shinpan arrive
what the fUc did yahwi think he had given jooin?!?!?
"what more do you want from me?"
FUCKIN WHAT MORE?!?
BITCH, WHAT DID U GIVE BESIDE DICK AND A LITTLE ATTENTION
I'm sorry yahwi, i bet u have a reasonable explanation but that doesn't mean it's okay.
just no. no.
meanwhile, cain is getting brownie points everytime. but u still sus I'm sorry bebe. I'm sorry all.
yo jooin u better be celibate already
Yahwi infact is stubborn and can't decide for himself. Well he was never teached to think for himself. Somehow he will do anything that Jooin asks. He just wants to know what Jooin wants. But infact he does not know what he wants. I am pretty sure this is leading to some Era where Yahwi finds who he really is. I am very certain he has not found himself within the black mirror called ''past.'' he is still stuck in it. i am pretty sure it's childhood trauma. Either way near the end of the story we will get what fully happened to Yahwi. either it's a flash-back and Jooin will never know what was going inside his head thinking fully of his past. or he actually tells Jooin about it in a conversation. Either way he feels uncomfortable talking about it with Jooin. Like we saw in a chapter (when Yahwi was drunk.) So it might take him some confidence. also some karma. so he can finally speak up with no fear. But when Yahwi and Jooin went out to eat some (rice cakes? i do not remember the chapter..) in near the end we saw Yahwi's flashback. of course we saw his mother. (i think so it's pretty obvious). They have the same eyes and I am sure Yahwi's good-face and killer black hair is from his dad. Well just what i think. The chapter might be 5 or 6.)
was reaally trying to hate taejung and at some point i was convinced that i don't like him but i just couldnt help to symphathize with him. like, damn, waiting for someone--or rather something that has no guarantee??? it's fairly normal that people got tired and the truth is people do gave up, people got tired, people got bored. and it's so sad.
damn my heart broke for the two of them...
BUT BRUH I CANT SEEM TO SYMPHATIZE WITH TAEJUNG'S UKE!! i mean, i DO get why he's nervous but it's not cool to talk shit about the main uke, like dude just woke up from a coma with his longtime boyfriend on the arms of another man. like BITCH stfu, he needs fucken time, stop bein all whiny!!! before both of them were boyfriend, they were friends. u sayin u want for them to cut ties??? just like that?? fuck, man if that's not selfish idk what is.
PROTECT NADRICKA AT ALL COST!!!
