I love how detailed both the perspective of oya and yuki with their situation. I'm gonna be honest this is the story I probably never expected I'll be focusing with the plot rather than the seggz part cause honestly at first I was only here because i saw smut in the tag and the art cover seemed really good so i thought i might give it a try and boi when i told u thiz sht is something I'll def eat up everyday without getting bored. Although, upon reading the story I'm battling up with mixed emotions in my which whether I should side with yuki and oya or with their families. Cause honestly they do actually have a point esp yuki's family lol. If I was in in yuki's parents situation I too would do the same thing opposing with her decisions cause who tf would want their daughter date a yakuza leader bffr. Not only their parents but yuki's friends too lol they even got dragged out with the mess which is fucking traumatizing lol. This made me think whether yuki's decision to choose oya rather than her family was right or she's being selfish at all. Ngl I just finished reading this up so I'm still battling okay but I think yuki probably never thought about her parents pov or perspective but rather she tends to focus on her struggle esp she is under pressured both from her family and friends. Which us humans we do tends to focus on our own struggles and sufferings that we forgot that there are also people around us that probably affects us along the process. the decision of yuki's parent was for the best even tho they do not want to let go yuki they also have to secure their life including her siblings if they ever got involved in yakuza in which will fucking happened because yuki will stay with oya anyway lol.
