Probably continue to prioritize korean/chinese webtoons as they seem to have been doing for awhile now. I don't think there's a single actual manga in the "popular manga" scroll bar right now. I'm not sure many of us would even notice if they stopped hosting real japanese manga at this point. And this was all borderline or outright illegal already, depending on where you live.
i guess the law is only in japan since it's the actual source? if you're talking about manga if for exemple they stop the japanese free sites then translators won't be able to find new chapters or manga
