but you also have to understand that fiction is, at the end of the day, fiction. yes, there is a certain expectation that we want from authors. we want stories that do not glorify SA and rape. it's not weird to read fiction that has SA or rape because in real life, most of the readers on here, no one actually tolerates that shit or at least that's what i want to believe. you'll see the same sentiment in the comment sections of the mangas, manhwas, and manhuas that there is rage when there is an involvement of SA and rape. specifically looking for rape and SA in fiction IS what's weird. at the end of the day, what you read and what you don't read is purely up to your discretion. a stranger on the internet can't force you what to read and what not to.
