Sorry this only my opinion. Idk why you dislike solo leveling that's much because of romance. I read SL until finish, and the real romance only start after he save the world. Its nothing involved relationship during the progress. Maybe yes, he fall in love. But it's only love interest. That's not wrong to him to live happy life with his love after all time fighting for earth and universe

I not trying to fight too, I'm just saying my opinion cause u said its broke u, and to me its not sudden love actually. Idk, its just my opinion don't take its to heart. Everyone have different opinion about romance. But, I give u my words SL not disappointed, cause after they date for one day, there no romance until side story.

i respect for opinions for sl , but as i said , i js stopped reading sl cause its not really my thing anymore , as i like your opinions for sl ,giving me energy to read tbh, i know sl isnt disappointing, i was reading it bcuz people said it was similar to orv , so I didn't expect romance , but ily for defending your opinion :3

There’s nothing sudden about the romance lol. Especially not Jiyoung’s. Jiwoo basically had a crush on her the moment they met. It’s just never been addressed too much, just glossed over.

So basically espers were created to save the world from evil angels and now that the war is over they don’t want to dispose/kill the espers so they paired them up w/ soldiers who also helped w/ the war. Michael/eve is the first esper and they took away his memory because he was going on a rampage or smth. Also, I think even and thr mc had a relationship in the past to “help espers calm down” because it was mentioned in the epilogue.

Michael was made by using the flesh of that first angel and was engineered from its DNA. All the other espers were made from him, which is why they call him 'father'. The guides, including Adam, were made by injecting humans with the blood of the angel. So both engineered but in different ways. Because the guides were born human and don't have any abilities other than keeping the espers stable, they're still treated like normal people. The espers aren't considered human because they were made from the angels flesh/DNA and have powers that humans can't control, which is why people talk about them like animals or something non-human.
