Cunning, yes, but it’s expected when you’re vying for the affection of an Empress. My favs right now are Guesta and Carlein, they have the most interesting stories. The story gets really crazy later on, like I’m talking soap opera levels of odd. It’s good, but don’t expect any romance. It’s gotten a bit crazy, so I don’t know if I want the manhwa to follow it exactly. I kinda hope they change a few things.
