Remember they are still humans with skills, and just because it is their job doesn't mean they have better skills, ESPECIALLY when the job is in an industry that isn't high stakes like politics, law or science. They might have the same level as Jujucat who is a VERY good translator, probably fluent in the Korean.
So, no. Not always. Sometimes they're just equal.
There are some teams that really have as good translations as officials. It all depends.
Not to mention, sometimes officials just give you calendar gaps that unpaid uploaders dont.
