Finished the whole thing, and Kiwoo deserved so much better. She just dove back to him after she heard he loved her for 15 years. ML fumbled the entire 15 years and just jerked FL back and forth yet she still ended up with him. The entire time ML was crying at the side she "hanged out" with Kiwoo and kept him hanging. If she was truly kind she should've shut Kiwoo down instead of jerking him back and forth like what ML did to her.

Now her wife's not coming out of themat dungeon and their kids are basically orphans now. I feel bad for the Duchess, she stood up for what she loves and her husband just left her.
No it will actually work, Duke Roygar offed himself with the Gun Cedric gave him and given the honourable guy Cedric actually is - He will now try his very best to get the duchess out and to safety with her children and given how he has Tia who is a master schemer besides him, it's definitely going to work.
If you think about it, it's actually his majesty who fucked himself up due to his greed. The reason his majesty was so obsessed with not having an declared heir and having all the presumptive heir fight each other is because he still very much wanted to maintain his own power but with the death of grand duke, Cedric has become basically the actual heir even without any Declaration because Lawrence has no power. Now that the emperor is getting older and sicker, all the powers and nobles will shift towards Cedric which is something he absolutely cannot tolerate. His story was like Tai Lung's. He was raised being pounded in the head that he had to be perfect, that he will inherit the company then he got thrown over by a cousin who showed up out nowhere after 20 years who seems to bear suspicious attitude towards him. That cousin is really hot tho.
Perfect ending for me of course is for the general to die, he's just plain awful. For Rayburn and Angela to live happily and maybe have babies, whether as Duke and Duchess or as commoners in a field somewhere. For Rayburn to be free from Hoya's plan and live his life. I don't know if I want Hoya to obtain the throne since she's a lil sus, I feel like she got rid of the bird, but I do hope she finds peace with herself and her father. Lastly, for Fred to find peace and happiness, we all know he's not getting Angela so he deserves to be really happy at the end. Fred has been through so much, his mom got murdered, he was estranged from his siblings that he loved, his uncle was a complete asshole and his father was ehh. I'm still on the fence with Garnet but nevertheless I hope she's at least content at the end,
