He just experienced intense pain and fatigue which even caused him to pass out, but despite that, Doyun never thought badly about Taehan nor ran away in the middle of it. He kept his word and endured it until the end. I love how little by little he shows affection for Taehan in the cutest ways. That hug at the end honestly made my day!! I hope they become happy together :')
