Is it just me or does that young lord look older here? I remembered him lookin like a 13 yr old back then, but now he seems taller?
Maybe all the stress didn't let him grow as he should but he is still 17 so take it as a teen growing into a young adult
I thought he was 10 then he suddenly became 17
