I think it was a one shot. At the start there was this queen who was goin like "Congratulations my dear citizens, cannibalism is over!" But then afterwards it shows her and the other nobles doing cannibalism, and they call it eternal tea time or something? Apparently humans in their world taste like desserts or pastries so they're eating each other..And somehow they could still move even when theyre missing half of the organs in their body
