Its a 4-koma. Each half-page is a seperate mini story. You read down the right side (it has a bolded title) and then you read down the left side (another bolded title/header). Then do the same for the next page... right side, left side, next page. Think of it as if there was an imaginary line down the middle of the page. Just read down.
