I dont mean this in a rude way but if you're translating something you have to translate everything including slurs although im only using my experience from captioning but I dont imagine translating is all that much diffrent.

This, right here. Words are words, you can find offense in them or not but banning words is just a little too much. If you don't like the word don't say it, if you take offense to the word then don't pay attention to the person who said/typed it. If we start banning words because people take offense to it then there will be many banned words since people seem to be a lot more sensitive. (Not specifically directed at you, Katokabi)

Every word has history, if you look at it that way even the word “girl” is offensive.

5 years ago people in my country were afraid to use it more, since some girls started get offended.

Believe me I understand why you’re getting mad at people using those words. I’m living in a country where majority of people are muslim including my parents.
I’m a pansexual person, mostly interested in same gender, I use hearing aids and it takes time for people to get used to my way of speech. I’m not exactly a Muslim either, still trying to learn more.

I agree with a lot of what Katokabi is saying. Words don't have power unless you give them power. Also telling someone to "fucking die" is really too much. Even if they are a minority or not you don't know what they go through and for all you know someone's words on the internet can push them to actually fucking die. I'm a minority myself (in the race department) and I have two sisters apart of the alphabet mafia and we all don't care about the words people say to us or about us. Just don't give people the power to hurt you with their words.
