Since you can say no to any sexual advances even if it is your spouse. But she did not. So yes, consent was given albeit a little late. So no, i don't think he raped her. And if she did in the end not concent to it and is traumatized with what he did, then it would really be a huge concern and i hope she would leave his ass or sue him. but i really don't think that's what happened so for me it wasn't rape.
