I read a comic on webtoon eons ago (pre-covid), it was about mermaids and they could see human souls, also the FL was turning into a mermaid too. I forgot what it's called and I really wanna read it again, and see if it updated.
Also I'm pretty sure one of the mers had jade green hair.
