wow not to honk your horn but that’s a naive way of reading this story. the subtext doesn’t exactly agree with what you’re saying because there has been no indication whatsoever that she wanted to get into the family for selfish reasons; it’s purely been for appearances from the start, and it just so happens that she was curious and empathetic of his situation.

Story 1: The incest leveled up. From uncle x nephew to older brother x younger brother lol
Story 2: Phone sex. Omg. This was a thing in the past. Wanna see the boss' involvement.
Story 3: The uke was raped twice. First by step dad. Second by the mc. Then, he was stabbed with scissors by the stepdad, but he just said sorry, and everything's forgotten and forgiven. Wow. Just wow.

So, here's what I got.
Kageyama Fumiya got involved in a fight and was stabbed and dumped in a river. A woman who's mentally ill got him, drugged him, and confined him, believing he's her lost son.
During the time Kageyama is missing, his prosecutor friend, Hiura, kept looking for him and met Naoto, Fumiya's brother. Also, during this time, Fumiya's spirit kept on going to Hiura and appearing in his and in his room. There were also times wherein Fumiya possessed Naoto'-s body to talk to him and even had sex with him.
After searching high and low for Fumiya, Hiura finally got a lead and was able to rescue Fumiya. He was hospitalized but able to recuperate.
The ending was rather ambiguous since it wasn't clear whether Hiura's approach to Fumiya was as a friend or as a love-interest. Though it was shown earlier that Hiura was also longing for Fumiya.
The extras were flashbacks of the two's university life.

Story 1 is about a hyper stupid uke, whose brain got fried after the seme fucked him. He lost all his logic and resonable thinking. He'd forever be a replacement and stand in for the tutor. He's treated as a toy by a rich kid, who one day would throw him away when he'd lost interest. Seme is a good-for-nothing spoiled rich kid who used his parent's money and power to get the uke. When he couldn't, he used emotional blackmail, which worked regardless the fact that the uke had a girlfriend.
Story 2 is messed up and ended abruptly. Tho it's rather easy to infer that Sei will choose the blonde guy since he's been in love with him since middle school. What made the Daisuke think he'd get Sei? He just ruined their friendship. He could've confessed more properly, not being an ass saying bad things about the blonde guy. Blondie is also weird. He just got married and left his wife on the same day and is turning gay for his friend already. Wow. A minute guy.
All in all, this work us wtf wtf wtf wtf and wtf.
