People tend to think being fat is an indicator of health, but I've found most of the time it's not a great one. I know plenty of fat people that exercise and eat well, but maybe didn't win the genetic lottery.

As people have said, it definitely depends on the place. Nostril piercing was a light pinch versus my nipple piercings were a pretty sharp pain. But honestly, I think it's worth it if you want one.
