yes, when you click on the chapter (on the computer) there's a flag next to it, report the chapter as incomplete and explain the uploader did this to promote themselves.

what i appreciate about his perspective on marking/biting is that he always has tsugumi's benefit in mind... he understands that biting tsugumi would tie him down to him and they're too young for that, but he also worries a lot because without the mark, tsugumi is vulnerable to other alphas...
