This reminds me of that one scene in the anime “Monthly Girls Nozaki Kun” where two dudes make a doujinshi on a dating simulator of the protagonist and his best friend. The best friend spent most of his high school years helping protag’s love life and the two guys were so touched (and convinced best friend had a crush on protag) that they shipped it:’)
